Can u swim in the water while having ur period? Without wearing a tampon?

no. it's a biohazard and other people can get sick (although it's not likely)

also you'll have blood dripping and will probably stain your bathing suit.

yup it stops when in water! i have swam every day i was on my period. the only problem is u cant get out of water and stay out without putting a pad back on... FAST!!!! or its byebye swimsuit!!!

a word of advice NEVER buy a white bathing suit!!!! if u dont know you are on it, then you could TOTALLY ruin the suit. always have a dark colored suit in stock, just in case. it comes in handy....a LOT!!!!!!!!!
