Pool table felt? Need stain cleaning help!?

Question

What can I use to remove that sticky stuff from the pool dot without staining or ruining the felt? When I got my felt replaced, the dot was placed where u break from & it was peeling off so I removed it. Now there's glue residue. How do I remove it safely?
