Pool table or hockey table?

Question

i was thinking about getting a air hockey table or pool table. the most i want to spend is $700.00. i was going to spend 700.00 on a pool table and then get a $100.00 hockey table, but the reviews i've been reading says that $100 hockey tables are no good, and i cant afford to spend 700 on each. so should i get a good hockey table, or a good pool table? i have a lot of space for big tables. but which game is more versitle? thanks!

I'm pretty sure that all the answers you get in here are going to be unanimous for the pool table.  Plus, I can see the hockey table just being lame after a while because its not like you can really have that good of a time playing yourself.  I'd go with the pool table.

Pool you can play by your self.Hockey it's hard to play by yourself. I can't run fast enough to block the shots I make.lol

i would go with the pool table because u can play pool alot of times and it is fun also in pool you can play lots of games on a pool table as on a air hockey table it gets boring and it doesnt last as long but at the end it all about the money how much are u willing and how much you have

Personally I prefer the pool table. If you really want a hockey table as well then just save for a good one for later on down the road.

I would go with the pool table since you can play by yourself.  With the hockey table you need someone else to play with.

I think that there is more depth to a game of pool then there is to a hockey table. There are different types of games that you can play with a pool table, whereas table hockey has basically just one.

I reckon go with the pool table!

After all, later down the track if you really want a hockey table, just save up and get one?
