Maybe, you had a slow Internet connection. I got that same problem sometimes too.

My guess is you have to upgrade your java console. you can do that free at Microsoft upgrades.

The problem might be that you might have put the pop up blocker in the tool bar to disable it right click and click on allow pop ups. I hope this will solve your problem
