  2. Volume = pi * r squared * height

                   = pi *6 * 6 * 5

                   = 565.5 cubic feet

    cubic feet * [7.48 gal/ cubic foot] * [ 3.785 liters / gallon]

    Note that since cubic feet and gallons are both above and below the division line they cancel out leaving just liters.

    565.5 * 7.48 * 3.785 = 16,010 liters if you can fill the pool to five feet.

    For every inch less that five feet you fill the pool, subtract about 270 liters. [ actually it is 266.83 liters per inch but 270 is close enough]
