Pool toe??

I have pool toe all the time! Im on a swim team and I always get it. Is there a way to stop getting it or make it not hurt?

  1. oww d**n i hate that!

    just try getting your feet loose. thats what I do and you get it less.  Wiggle your toes a lot.  If you stretch and touch your toes.. that works too.

  2. Make sure to drink a lot of water and eat potassium. Bananas are pretty good when trying to prevent the cramp and just massaging the area when you get one helps. If you have to keep swimming try to push off with your toes best back. It will stretch out the area hard while you are pushing off. It hurts at first but that's what I do and it seems to make it go away a lot faster.
