Pool tournament?

is it legal to hold a poul tournament for money in my house.

someone told me i need a licence.

im in ireland btw

if your wanting to do it legal i would check into local law, everywhere is different,  but as long as you keep it small doubt if anyone will say anything

If someone there said you need a licence....you probably dont want to advertise it, or have the money in plain site, while the tour. is going on.
