  1. Without more info its hard to say what the problem is. Do you know what all your chem readings are? These include chlorine, pH, TA and CYA. If your pool gets cloudy then turns green this means your free chlorine level is too low. You need CYA (cyanuric acid or stabalizer) in the pool. This should be 30-60ppm. If you already have stabalizer in the pool you need to know what the level is. You need to keep your chlorine level at 10% of the CYA to effectively fight off algae and cloudy water. If you could add all your chemistry readings that would help. If you are using strips to test the water I would suggest going with a liquid test kit instead. A bit more expensive but much more accurate. Email me if you have any questions.
