I don't know what your activity level is in your workout but if it is anywhere near strenuous you do sweat and you sweat a lot.

Try a bathroom scale bring it to your workout and weigh yourself before you go to the pool, in your suit then weigh yourself after the workout when you dry off and you will find you lose about 7-10# in a 1-2 hour work out!

All those other "NO" answers have their heads in the water.

are the others retarded?, YES!!, of course you sweat, its just like any other sport really, if you're working hard you sweat, you hardly feel it and definitely dont have that salty taste but you do sweat. the water doesnt stop it
