Pooping and headaches?

usually every time after i eat i go sit on the toilet and try and go to the bathroom. but lately when i push, i get headaches and sometimes see spots?

why is this happening?

what does it mean?

am i pushing wrong?

Your pushing too hard it sounds like, dont TRY to p**p. It usually happens natrually when you need to.
