Poor Picture quality on Samsong Tocco any help appreciated!

Question

I just got a tocco but am not impressed with the picture quality. All pics are coming out blured and pixelated. Using other phones that don't even have a 1mp camera are producing better results then the tocco. Any ideas whats wrong? Any1 else had this problem? If so any ideas any help would be appreciated! I have been trying out all the different settings and its not making any difference

wen you first take the picture it is good then after a few seconds it goes blurry, right?

mine does that as well. Im sure wen you view them in an album they will be fine.
