Question:

Poor Transmission (Garbled)

Having issues with this radi, Its a new install and we tried 1/ moving and replacing the anyenna, 2/ tried another new raio. Always seem to have the same problem. I checked power in on transmit engine off and it styed above 12 volts, however I am still suspect on the power in..... Any thoughts?
