Its been years that I have been looking for a remedy to cure my poor sleep patterns. I have tried so many different medications, none of which have worked.... In the last few months, I have noticed whenever I have tried an herb that helps blood circulation(such as ginger or cayenne peper pills) or drink wine at night, or excersice really hard during the day(such as yoga or 1 hour or more cardio) I sleep deep and feel rested in the morning.... well, the common denaminator of all that is working is improving my blood circulation.... I have always had very low blood pressure...anyways, I am looking for recommendation on other remedies that can help blood circulation(since wine, ginger, cayenne peper all give me stomach problems)........ can u recommend other vitamins or supplements that don't effect the digestive tracks yet promote blood circulation the same way as the herbs mentions???? THANK U! :)
