Pop-up Blocker doesn't work!! HELP!!!?

Question

I have my pop-up blocker set on high, and I run spybot and AVG, but I still have pop-ups and my computer runs incredibly SLOW. I have run the spybot and avg scan a million times, but it doesn't seem to help. Should I back up my mp3s/digital photos/files and wipe the hard drive and start over??? I'm desparate!!!

Try Sophos Anti-Rootkit (or AVG Anti-Rootkit) and delete all hidden processes which find.
