Hi there, i'm thinking of doing some cute pop-up wedding invitations but i'm having trouble finding any templates or examples on the internet.

I've googled and searched but i cant come up with much info, or when i find a rare website, i dont like the design. Does anyone know of a good site at all?

Many thanks

  1. Consider going into YouTube and type in "how to make pop up cards" (link below under source).

This one is really good with a large variety of patterns:

    http://www.easycutpopup.com

Here are add'l. links (At least these will provide the basic construction details for your pop-up project):

    http://www.easycutpopup.com

    http://pbskids.org/zoom/activities/do/po...

    http://teched.vt.edu/GCC/HTML/Curriculum...

For further research, there are many different methods of creating your pop-up. Also consider checking out these two books. You may want to check if your nearby library has it; or purchase through www.amazon.com; or through these authors websites:

    http://www.SimonSaysKids.com

    http://www.popupbooks.com

These authors are well known for their various pop-up books, however, these are their "how-to" books (The second one is the best one)

Let's Make It Pop-Up (by David A. Carter & James Diaz)

    (ISBN #0-689-86508-02)

The Elements of Pop-Up (David A. Carter & James Diaz)

    ISBN #13:978-0-689-82224-7)

Another good site for templates is Martha Stewarts website.  click under crafts, then locate "templates and clip art".

Hope this info. helps with your project!
