Pop up box?

after starting my station i used to get a nice pop up box (blue background, album art, ratings, etc.) now i get white background ratings but no art and cant acess volume control, whats up

Make sure you are using Internet Explorer.  It may have worked on other browsers, but Yahoo says Launchcast is only supported on IE.  I'm using IE 7 and no problems.  If you are on IE 6, you may look into upgrading to IE 7.  If you don't like IE7, you can always uninstall via add or remove programs and go back to IE 6.  You can find Microsoft IE7 at:
