  1. You have spyware (hijacker).

    Run:

    http://www.superantispyware.com/

    Edit:

If your still have problems do two free online scans:

    http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html

    http://housecall.trendmicro.com/uk/

These scans take time & remove for free what they find.

  2. Download SuperAntiSpyware

    http://www.superantispyware.com/superant...   [Free home edition]

Restart your PC in safe mode, and run a full scan.

While in safe mode, you may also want to have a look at your start up items by using msconfig.

Be careful with the items you uncheck, you can have a look here to see if they are necessary

You should also have a look at your IE Add-ons while in safe mode.

    http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using...

Disable any you do not use.

After you reboot back to normal mode, download and install ccleaner to fix any registry problems and clean up old temp files.

  3. Download the free version of Superantispyware.  http://www.superantispyware.com

Finds viruses and spyware without any conflict to your own antivirus.

Update and run and in depth scan.  Free you must update daily on a manual basis or purchase and get auto. updates.

  4. Well! i have faced this problem before...

1st. Remove the Norton 360 its useless... Just go to avast.com and use that antivirus for free..

2nd. Don't use Internet Explorer it hacks easily so use FIREFOX instead of IE...

3rd. Use spyBot Search and Destroy ...found easily at google

  5. Go with Sly Old Mole's answer, I would have suggested much the same.

Do NOT go with dredme's answer it will lead you to more malware infections and the site he is suggesting is known to be unsafe.

  6. Use anti spyware to solve this. You can find information and reviews on anti spywares at the link below.
