Pop ups so annoying!?

Question

pop ups keep coming up on my screen it doesn't happen when I'm on the internet it happens when I'm just doing normal things on the computer there normally called CID budget or CID credit cards or anything with CID in the title how can i stop them coming up i close one and 2 secs later another one pops up its so annoying does anyone know how to stop them and please don't suggest to block pop ups by doing it threw the net they don't come up when I'm on the net its when I'm doing normal things on the computer as i said before any help?

Try deleting your cookies or running some antispyware. That should do it. You have some kind of spyware on your computer.

if these pop ups come when u r not connected to net then are due to some virus... u must scan ur pc and remove any adware or virus that may be present

go to tools on tool bar then open popup blocker  the settings and choose high filters strenght
