Popstar magazine-how do you subscribe?!?

Hey does anybody know a way to subscribe to Popstar magazine?

Like going their site and clicking subscribe or whatever and they send you one in the mail and then you pay for it? [not having to pay for it upfront-or is that how they do it?]
