This attitude and approach to each game resulted in him dominating and in the end saw him winning the championship ring. Coupled with the dominating performance on court individually, Wild Chamberlain had the added ability of being an excellent team player.
He passed the ball whenever there was space which enabled him and his taste a lot success at the time. Though there is a lot of criticism at times but he was great player nonetheless he is the only player in the history of NBA to average more than 40 or 50
points per game at the end of the season.

Eldin Baylor
Elgin Baylor was another one of the star players of his time in the Los Angeles Lakers who had the ability to bring the spot lights on him with some extravagant and splendid basketball.
Baylor was one of the most diverse players that the Los Angeles Lakers have come across. He was one also one of the most athletic men in the NBA at the time and with the unique and gifted talent that he had, Baylor was able to lead the Los Angeles Lakers
to new heights. The most dominating part of his game was on the offense which helped him many Lakers hearts.
Coming to the offensive part of his game, he could certainly one player who could do anything. He could shoot from anywhere on court and create plays for his teammates. He was undoubtedly one of the complete packages in offensive with the added benefit of
being very good in defence. The way he played was absolutely fantastic for which he holds a special place in the hearts of Los Angeles Lakers fans.
James Worthy
One of the crunch time situation players who were able to come up with some of his best basketball was James Worthy. Undoubtedly, his ability of doing so not only saw him being praised by Los Angeles Lakers fans but whole of the NBA world.
James Worthy was rightly given the nickname of “Big Game James” as he was able to bring alive the Los Angeles Lakers alive from the dead.
During the time that he player, Los Angeles Lakers were involved in a very tough NBA Finals series against the Detroit Pistons. Los Angeles Lakers were down and out but he managed to come up with a triple (36 points, 16 rebounds, 10 assists) in Game 7 of
the series which saw the Lakers winning the match and the title.
