I would really recommenf "The Unit", it is a very good action based drama, not just about army men fighting, but also the affect it has on their families, and how they must hide their jobs (spec ops) to avoid putting themselves and others in danger, i highly recommend it, watch it for sure:

There's this one cheesy show called The Secret Life of the American Teenager on ABC Family.  That's all I could think of now lol
