I have found http://www.freearticalepro.com to be a great source of free content.

They have a huge data base and also provide a category with free private label rights articles that you can use how ever you would like for your own website or blog.

Also by listing articles in this category you get huge exposer to you resource box, meaning more traffic back to your site.
