Seafood soup is not popular in Australia we prefer our seafood fresh straight from the ocean and cooked it may be because we have really good quality seafood and don't see the need to turn it into soup

we don't really have sea food soup. Sea food Chowder oh yes Mmmmm. Various ways to make it. some have crab meat clams prawns in it some just made with white fish . saute chopped onion in some butter add 1 spoonful of flour stir addfish milk or some cream for extra richness do not boil heat for 5 or 10 minutes add some chopped celery and chopped parsley serve in soup bowls with crusty rolls at the side
