Pork ribs or corn beef? What do you prefer in the Crockpot? Any style, I want your opinion?

  1. I prefer corned beef in the crockpot because pork ribs should parboiled and then grilled, or slow cooked  on the BBQ.  Crockpots are no place for good ribs.


  2. You can make real tasty baby back ribs in the crockpot. Finish them in the oven if you want to brown them but they are really tender and flavorful in the crockpot.

    Corned beef works well in the crockpot too. It needs so much cooking it good to put in before you go to work then you just have to get your potatoes  and other sides ready when you get home.

    I would eat ribs more often than corned beef so I guess that's my first choice. It's also easier for cleaning up.
