Port 25 Access

Question

Hi. I can't: telnet smtp.paradise.net.nz 25 which is my mail server. I can: telnet smtp.xtra.co.nz which is a rival (but not who i pay the bills to!)On speaking with Paradise/TelstraClear, they INSIST that they do not perform any port 25 block/filtering and the issue is with my PC. I can't accept that, as I can seem to telnet other sites over the same port.Have uninstalled ALL virus software, rebooted many times etc.. etc... still the same Cannot Connect.Come on you GURUS!!!
