Port Forwarding Help?

Ok, I know h\where to go at to do this. I want to accept the port 2003. But I am confused, it has Inbound port and Private port. I tried putting 2003 in the first textbox of the inbound port. It shows like this: Textbox - Textbox. But what do I put in the second textbox, because when I click Apply Changes it says 'The port numbers you entered are invalid.' ??

What router are you  working with?  Make & model?

You need 2 "port" numbers, not just one.  You have to determine where it is going.  What are you doing and why?
