Port Forwarding with Dlink Dir-655?

Question

I have a D-link Dir-655

I am wondering, since I use another router in conjunction with it, if I open a port on D-link 655 does it open on my other router (Eircom Netopia 2247-02)

My Computer - Dlink - Netopia - Internet

If anyone knows how to open ports when dealing with dlink please tell me, I am having real slow downloads on my torrents.

Since you did not name your bittorrent program I will just direct you to portforward.com.  They have guides for for both your routers.  Choose the program you want to forward and you will get a guide specific to the router and program.
