Port forwarding help please?

Ummm... I have a Linksys AM300 modem/router and i've read how to forward a port but my IP address is in chinese so i cant forward the port!!!!!! plz help

  1. there is no IP address in chinese the ip address is all numbers and dots for example 192.168.1.1
