Portable DVD Players - I need some advice?

I am looking into buying a portable DVD player for my car. I will use for road trips for my 2 kids who will sit in the middle row of our mini-van. What brand would you recommend? Is just 1 DVD player adequate for 2 kids (like if I position it between the two front seats). How is the sound? Any advice would be great.

Hi, when buying a portable DVD player for the purpose such as road trips and using it in the car brand is really not so important. You wan to look for one with at least a 8"-10" screen so they can see it well. Make sure it has progressive scan or anti-skip so when you go over bump or hit them pot holes the movie will not skip. 1 DVD player is just fine make sure it has 2 headphone jacks. Then both kids can hear the movie without you hearing it.  look for one with all those features and you should be good!
