Portland Oregon clothing stores

I'm going school clothes shopping soon, and I was wondering if there were any cool stores in Portland that sold clothes that were bright and had big patterns on them, and clothes that were just fun. I'm looking for something that isn't horribly expensive either.

And please don't say Hot Topic. I already know about that store. lol
