Porto striker Radamel Falcao’s agent reveals offers from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 and Tottenham Hotspur
– EPL news
The agent of Porto striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Radamel-Falcao-c30276, has revealed that the North London duo, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, have tabled bids for his client.
Falcao has had a fantastic 2010/11 campaign and scored 39 goals in 41 matches in all competitions this season. The Colombian striker helped his club to win a treble of trophies this season and finished with 18 goals in UEFA Europa League.
After his impressive performances for the club this season, the 25-year-old has attracted interest from a host of European clubs, but his agent confirmed that only the London clubs have come up with concrete offers.
The agent revealed that Italian giants, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926 would be difficult as Falcao does not have a EU passport, which could hinder a potential move. The striker has a release clause
of 26 million Pounds and the agent believes that any club which can match the figure can seal the player’s signing.
Mossio continued: "He is 25-years-old, but he still has plenty of room for improvement. The problem with a transfer to Italy is that he does not have a EU passport. He has a contract for two more years with Porto and has a buy-out clause of €30m.”

"The club that matches that clause has a good chance of signing him. Porto want to open contract talks and offer him a new and improved deal to insert a higher minimum fee release clause."
The player’s father has also revealed that his son is interested to play in the English Premier League and has already started learning English for that reason. He added that Falcao is open to all offers and will choose whatever is best for him.
“All his life he has wanted to play in English football. A footballer always wants to go to the best team. It depends on the possibilities. He will listen to the best offer and see what suits him best.”
Falcao joined Porto from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/River-Plate-c40368 in 2009 and has been a huge success at the club.
