Do I have to call my ISP and ask them to Unblock these ports for them to work?

  1. I guess my first question is -- are you sure you have something listening on port 6900?  Open a command prompt (start/run/cmd) and type "telnet localhost 6900".  Does it connect, or do you get a "connection refused"?  If the latter, then that's the problem.

If you can connect locally to port 6900, but cannot from the outside world, yet port 8090 works with the same router config, then it's possible your ISP is blocking it.  What are you using that port for?  It's not standard, but it appears to be part of the range used by BitTorrent file transfers.  Perhaps your ISP is blocking such traffic?

  2. Ok this is my other account I dont know how to reply to this with my other.

Im using 6900 and 5121,6121 for My Online Game It Needs these ports to allow other people to connect to it.

I Can play other peoples online game and they need toforward the same port so i can Connect to those ports just cant forward them becuase it says Connection Refused

  3. Are you sure app is using TCP? Allow UDP too, and I don't think your ISP would be blocking these ports.
