Ports: Connection Refused!!?

Some Ports are Saying there being Refused.

you are probably trying to steal someones wireless internet connection (which they blocked)... or somethin else. but thats my guess. =}

if u've allowed the ports to be forwarded thru the router and the ports are open on the PC the only other logical option are that traffic destined for these ports are being blocked by ISP's distribution devices
