Question:

Portsmouth and southern water. do they add fluride to their water?

i pay both of them water rates but im not sure which one suplies the water.

Portsmouth Water supply you, as they do me, and Southern take your bathwater away...  Don't freak out about flouridation, we NEED flouride in our diet/intake.  The amount added is about 2 parts per BILLION, which is a tiny, tiny amount, which will help our bodies in the manner that a long list of 'trace-elements' do.  

         Flourine on it's own, is a vile, toxic and pungent gas that will kill us in small quantities!  A flouride ion, supplied in a compound that we can metabolise safely, is entirely different.  In World War One, the Germans gassed the British with deadly Chlorine gas, (Chlorine and Flourine are closely related, and in the same column of the Periodic Table of the Elements) yet Sodium Chloride (salt) is totally essential to animal life - without it we get very sick, very quickly.

        Trust your water company - they are not in the business of making you ill.
