are portuguese people from portugal considered gringo too?

  1. The word "gringo" is a slang and has no meaning, it has different usages depending of the country. In Mexico it's a offensive way to call Americans, in Brazil it's just a disrespectfull way to call all foreigners, including Portuguese.
