Portugez / French speaking experts in biodiversity?

Question

I am here asking for your help to send me some contacts to implement a training program for staff in Cape Verde. They speak Portuguese and French, but none of them speak English.

1- Development of the Management Plan (someone to work for few months to review and analyze all data collected and write the MP with the team)

2- Training for the Protected areas managers (How to manage protected

areas)Biodiversity conservation and management.

3- Monitoring programs.
