Positive pregnancy test, no pregnancy symptoms, painful cramps, and later bleeding? Pregnant or not?

I am about a week late for my period. I took two pregnancy tests, one regular, the other digital and both came back positive 2 days ago. Before taking the tests I thought I was going to have my regular period because I had cramps, except they were unusually painful like never before. My periods have always been on track with minimal cramping. Right now I am not experiencing any of the common pregnancy symptoms (no nausea, vomitting, cravings, fatigue) except 2 weeks ago I did have tender b*****s. Right now I do not have any tenderness at all. I went to the bathroom this morning and found that I was bleeding red and still am 4 hours later. What's going on with me? I haven't been to the doctor's yet but have an appointment. Counting the end of my last period I would be 4 weeks pregnant.

  1. You may be having a very early miscarriage. A pregnancy test is  never falsely positive (unless you've recently miscarried before this).

I'd go to the doctor, just to double check what's going on. They can take a blood test to see what's going on.

I'm sorry for scaring you. I hope everything's okay.

  2. These sound like signs of a MISCARRIAGE. Home pregnancy test can be accurate sometimes and sometimes not!Get to the Doctor as soon as you can. Tender breast is a sign of being pregnant. Every pregnancy is different, this may be why you are not experiencing some of the symptoms that you listed. If you are in a lot of pain and bleeding very badly, don't wait for your appointment, go to the EMERGENCY!!!

PRAY! In this earth or in Heaven, babies/children belong to God! BLESSINGS!

    PSALM 127:3

Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.

  3. You could be bleeding because your body MIGHT be warning a miscarriage..LIE DOWN and don't do ANYTHING for the next 2 days, if  you are getting ready to miscarriage this could stop it...however it could be just implantation spotting or something along those lines so it may be nothing to worry about. Good luck and I would call your doctor:)
