PosrScanner posrscans me like alot like it happened like 2 times in 2 months!!!?

Title says it all, eventhough ,y firewall blocked it i still feel unsafe and i took the IP of intruder and did a check, what does it mean.

It means that someone bought web hosting from Webhosting.Net, but didn't want his own name to show on the registration.  The site's not scanning you unless you go to the site, in which case you're consenting to be scanned.
