Possibilities that my girlfriend could get pregnant?

well...we were fooling around...I was wearing my boxers and she was wearing her panties...she was on top of me and I came...my boxers got wet but she didn't get off of me right away...are there any chances that sperm could get through?

No not really.  You would have to be inside her, or very close to being inside her, for the sperm to travel there.  I wouldn't worry.  Sperm die very quickly outside of the body.  Good luck.
