Possible assault on a minor?

I was at a party and two girls got into a fight. One of the girls came up and hit me as well. I hit her back and left. She came out side after me and began to pull my hair. She ripped out a significant amount, I have a scratch on my neck and a slight black eye from her hitting me. She was under the influence of alcohol and over the age of 18 and I am only 16. Can I do anything about this?

You can call the fuzz and report it.  Except popos never do anything right so don't expect them to do anything about it.

Take photos of your injuries and contact your local police dept. Document all events before and after the incident in question. Give police all info and witnesses that saw the assault.

I doubt if assault charges will stick, since you hit back - it'll be called a consentual fight.

POSSIBLY the police might want to lay assault and battery charges against her for the second confrontation.

It's pretty iffy, though.
