Possible broken belt - where

Question

Possible broken belt - where do I find access to the belt. The beater bar does not rotate when i release the handle.I like this machine, but It is only 2 years old, the warranty has expired. And i must say, I am disappointed I am concerned that this article will end up in the landfill, adding one more problem for the environment.
