Possible hiv exposure (hypochondriac)?

i m bisexual and dating a g*y doctor. So anyway we got intimate, cuddle and he kissed me on my neck. He left and i had a shower and then realized I have a tiny bleeding razor cut on my neck. Should i be worry of catching any diseases? I know the chance is slim and he told me he is std free but should i really be concern (since he shaves and might also get tiny cuts?)

he only kissed you. HIV doesn't spread from saliva to open sores. Just because he's g*y doesn't mean he has HIV.

If you are living in fear about illnesses, germs, etc., you need to see a therapist or counsellor that can help you deal with this. It really can take over your life.
