Possible hobo spiders in my house

Question

for the past few months i have been killing what looks to me like hobo spiders. i live in a house thats about 15 years old in washington state. i came across a weird spider today though. it looked similar to the spiders ive seen before but this one had light red colored legs and a clear butt. im not sure what it could be. any ideas?
