Possible jobs for a Communication Studies major???

I am thinking about changing my major to Communication Studies but I am wondering what kind of jobs are out there for a person with that major.

Depends what college it is. Ask the college what that major is at their school.

Communication studies sometimes means journalism, broadcasting, and media studies. So basically, working for a newspaper, magazine, tv or radio station, or website. If you want to do that, go to a college that calls the major "mass communications", "media studies", "journalism", or "broadcast" because it will probably mean that they have a better, more concentrated program.

Sometimes it will be the study of people. It will include many classes like sociology and psychology.

Other times, it means learning how to be a public speaker or debater. It would particularly help someone who wants to consider getting into politics.
