Would it be possible to catch a train from

Liverpool to Plymouth,

then

Plymouth back to Liverpool

then Liverpool to London Victoria

ALL IN ONE DAY???

Victoria Line tube to Victoria, say 10 minutes - you should arrive before midnight.

So, theoretically, provided all connections can be maintained, the answer is yes you can do this trip in one day - although why anybody would wish to do so is a little beyond me!
