Today at soccer practice after doing several stressful exercises my quad stopped working correctly. It was not painful, but it felt like jello and I had to stop practicing because it felt like I would seriously injure it if I continued. I practice about six hours a day and my legs have been worn out, understandably, which is why I think overuse. Will rice work? Any ideas how long until my leg returns to normal? Did I dodge a bullet by stopping before I pulled my quad? Any help will be much appreciated.
