Possible scar from zit?

Okay I had two severe zits and with both of them it is still red, but I can still fill a bump, but it was way smaller. The zit wasn't that big, but it was a bit bigger than zits so.... maybe severe. I also tryed noxema, it got rid of the pimples but left two zits.

The bump should continue to get smaller.  It's possible you will have a scar though.
