I'm planning to take about a week off in either august or

July to just take a much needed vacation.

I'm a young college student trying to take my boyfriend

and brothers on a trip.

Thing is, i know that most hotels/motels

the check in age is 21 so i've looked into

going down to LA 'cause i've called alot of hotels

around that area and thier check in age is 18

LA is my last resort because the family & i

will be going down there anyways for christmas.

Anyone have any ideas & references?

Past exeperiences?

Please help!!

I really want to do one memorable

thing for both of my brothers!

This is sort of my graduation gift for them both!

  1. There is a ton of fun stuff to do..If you all aren't 21 the club scene/bars are out but there are still fun things to do.

If you want to do a  TRENDY fine dining that is fun I would suggest Geisha House on Hollywood blvd....Its a really cool restaurant, but its a little pricey.

Medieval times is a really  fun family thing..Im sure you have heard of that.

Check ahead of time if any concerts are going on that you might like.. whiskey a gogo, wiltern, viper room, club largo, are a few live venues that have music.

If you have something specific you are looking for just shoot me a message.. :)

  2. plane for Olympics

  3. Depending on your budget and how much you enjoy road trips, I suggest one of the following:

    1.  San Diego (about 8 hrs drive from San Francisco)

I would stay in the Hillcrest area, which would allow you to      walk to almost everything you want -- restaurants, galleries,     used bookstores, and all of the museums and the zoo, which are in Balboa Park.  You can take the bus to Old Towne and to the marina, as well as over to the university to check it out.

    2.  Sedona, AZ  - Sedona is another 8 hours drive from San Diego.

    3.  If you are up for the whole thing being a road trip, I would plan a route from SF to Mesa Verde National Park, Colorado.

The goal would be to get there to see and walk through the cliff dwellings.  En route, you could go through some beautiful areas of Nevada and Utah.

If you think you would like to take one of these trips, I'll be happy to give you some itinerary ideas and a driving route.

I can recommend hotels in San Diego, as well as places to see and things to do.

Whatever you decide, I wish you a safe and fun trip.  What a great thing to do for your BF and brothers!
