Possible to fall in love?

Question

Is it possible for someone in 8th grade to fall in love with their soulmate. I am now in 12th grade and have loved this guy with all my heart and soul for 5 years. I have also dreamt about him for 4 years such as going into labor with him. I have also been through paranoia, anxitey attacks, and depression since I have not been able to be with him and have been manupilated by others. I don't give up because 1. I emotionally can't & 2. God has told me a few times not to let go. Love... Is it possible?

Anything is possible, but you should think to yourself- is this not happening because i'm not making it happen, or because it shouldn't happen?
