Possible to get big with only weights?

I only have a bar and 300 lbs. of weight and a chin up bar.Can I still get strong and powerful with only a few excersizes?

power cleans

clean & press

military press

weighted pull ups

weighted chin ups

  1. you can get a pretty good start.

    add some of these too:

    dead lifts

    bent over rows

    straight bar curls

    forearm rolls

    squats (if you can get it on your shoulders)

    hanging leg raises on the chin up bar

    bench press

    tricep press

    soon you'll be buying extra plates because everything else will be too easy!

    and do deadlifts and bent over barbell rows

    and try if possible a bench press

  3. Yeah, sure. I would also through in bench press if possible, as well as squats.

    Also, you need to pay strict attention to your diet. Your body won't grow if it doesn't have any fuel. So you need to eat a lot. Especially protein. You also need good quality fats and carbs. There's a lot of detail I could go into, but I think this will suffice for now.
